Beautiful Country House "Sa Xorca" with Pool, Air Conditioning, and Wi-Fi

Newly built house with four bedrooms, private pool, and a well-furnished covered terrace. Located in a peaceful rural area, it's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.



From the entrance, you reach an open space with a kitchen, dining table, and living area that opens onto the covered terrace and pool. The kitchen leads to the laundry area and a spacious bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and an adjacent bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub.



The covered terrace is well equipped, featuring a dining table and a chill-out area overlooking the infinity pool and a hydromassage zone by the steps. Barbecue next to the pool.



Air conditioning (hot/cold) operates on a fixed schedule (14:00 - 17:00, 20:00 - 24:00, 03:00 - 08:00).

schƶnes Haus, ruhige Zentrale Lage zwischen Campos und Santanyi

Pros: gerƤumiges ordentliches Haus, schƶner Pool, unbeheizt, schƶne Gartenanlage, Betten OK Cons: Mƶblierung recht einfach. Ziemliche GlƤsersammlung recht vielfƤltig šŸ˜…. Keinerlei ā€˜KĆ¼chenbasicsā€™ wie GewĆ¼rze, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Ɩl - nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im KĆ¼hlschrank. Elektrisches Einfahrtstor defekt, zu wenige HandtĆ¼cher, mussten die Waschmaschine mehrfach bemĆ¼hen. Ein Lattenrost beschƤdigt.

Der Gesamteindruck dieser schƶnen Finca ist leider sehr ungepflegt! Die Armaturen und die Matratzen mĆ¼ssen unbedingt erneuert werden ! PoolhandtĆ¼cher waren leider nicht vorhanden, obwohl angekĆ¼ndigt! Bei sieben Personen war leider sehr oft kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen!

Pros: Wer die absolute Ruhe fernab jeglichen Tourismus, nur Vogelgezwitscher sucht, ist hier genau richtig.dennoch nahe zu Lidl und Santanyi. Alle RƤume ebenerdig . muƟ man lange nach suchen. Schƶner Blick von der Terasse Ć¼ber den Pool und die Felder.Moderner groƟzĆ¼ger Wohn-EƟbereich. Hatte man ein Problem, reagierte Madame Magalida sofort, bzw. Der Sohn( englisch). Cons: Ein Leitfaden fĆ¼r deutsche GƤste , z.B.wlan-SchlĆ¼ssel, wƤre schƶn gewesen. Z.B.hat man in Schl.Zi. 3 kein wlan, zu weit vom Router entfernt !. Eine Kontrolle nach jedem mieterwechsel wƤre angebracht und sollte eigentlich selbstverstƤndlich sein. Z. B. War mein Duschhebel defekt . So etwas darf nicht passieren.Ein paar freundliche Kissen auf den TerassenstĆ¼hlen wƤren fĆ¼r das Ambiente schƶn gewesen
