Guests are provided with towels, bed linen, pool towels, internet, oven and microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv, outdoor barbecue, outdoor hammocks, solarium, private parking for two cars, private pool, barbecue area, terraces overlooking the beach and pool.

Brilliantly located and well appointed home for an excellent family holiday.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is very well located. There is a small mini supermarket with a couple of minutes of the property. The beach is virtually on the doorstep, and it is surrounded by good quality beach restaurants. The bedrooms were all good sized and plenty for our purposes. The kitchen has all you will need, and we found the two fridges a very useful option. It was hot when we visited, and we found that the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and we did not miss it in the public areas. The pool was a great size for our family, and we made good use of the various terraces. We did not have car, but the garage looked very spacious. The large hotel opposite the house had a party night with fairly loud music - but this was only on Thursday nights, and was finished by 11pm, so was not too disturbing. The hosts were fantastic. We were met at the property within 20 minutes to check in, despite us having unusual travel plans. We loved the morning treats that showed up occasionally. I would happily recommend this for family beach getaways.

Simply wonderful

This villa is genuinely stunning. The location is right over the beach, with easy access via steps or your own private lift. The car is kept safe and cool in the underground garage, which also means you donā€™t have to worry about finding a space. The pool is perfectly situated and warm almost all day long, with the added benefit of the pool gates to keep the kids safe. So much space inside the house and the view from the master bedroom was a great way to wake up in the morning. Salvador and Ingrid are so lovely and amazingly generous. Morning treats from their bakery were utterly delicious and they were so helpful throughout. We are already booked back in for next year. We canā€™t wait.

We just spent 4 wonderful nights at this property. It is all you can see and then some. Just perfect for what we were looking for. We would have loved to stay longer if it was not booked out. In short. One of the best houses I ever enjoyed! Ingrid- thank you soo much. Hope to see you soon.

The place was in a great location right on the beach less than 50 metre walk. Photos donā€™t do it justice. Salvador and Ingrid were really helpful and the place was lovely - couldnā€™t fault it

Simply superb

This was a last moment booking as the villa we had rented suffered storm damage. A blessing in disguise it turned out as we wouldn't have found this place, Great location close to the beach with garage parking just the start of joys to unfold. This beautifully built villa is large by most standards, lots of space to play or relax. a lovely clean pool with plenty of seating around. A lift from beach to accommodation level an absolute boon. Huge kitchen dining area with a large lounge off to one side just ideal for entertaining loafing or just family life. Salvador and Ingrid made us feel very much at home. a welcome note with samples from their bakery were most delicious and welcome. If you just want to chill and relax a car is not necessary, a Spar and places to eat and drink all close by. However to get the most from this region a car is a must. so many picturesque little places within 10 to 45 minutes drive. Cala Figuera just a few minutes drive is truly magic. Santanyi Wednesday market is huge and varied with good quality produce and wares. Not to be missed. The drive through Santanyi a tad challenging as many streets are very narrow with blind turns. Breathing in with clenched buttocks got us around ok. I will say no more as we don't want too many people finding their way here and limiting our booking prospects. This place has set the bar high for future away time Martin

Fabulous house and beach!

This is an amazing house with probably the finest location overlooking the Cala. We were a party of grand parents, parents and children under 10, it was superb to have to pool and the beach so close. I agree it is better than the photos show. The Cala is small with a few excellent restaurants and bars but very authentic and it was perfect for children to play on the beach at night whilst we ate. If you want to relax,enjoy the pool and a very short walk to the excellent safe beach this is a perfect place. We enjoyed it so much we hardly used the car to explore anywhere else. The owners were fantastic, we had a huge storm that meant we lost power but they were always in touch checking we were ok and looked after us well. We have already re-booked !

Fantastic for family holiday

This house is amazing. Great location for easy access to the beach and lots of places to eat. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and stocks most things. The underground parking was a huge bonus in the hot weather and because on street parking can be tricky in high season.

Casa Cala Santanyi manages to be glamorous and welcoming at the same time.

Great to look at, well designed for a fab family or group holiday. If you think it looks great by day, just wait until youā€™re sat by the pool for evening drinks or dinner! Youā€™ll be just steps from a beautiful beach that also has a few quality and friendly bars and restaurants around its edge, we can recommend them all! Plus the all important Spar shop 1-2 minutes walking. Salvador and Ingrid can be justifiably proud of their villa, it certainly has the wow factor. They will look after you, and be there as soon as, but only, if you need them. They are very keen to make sure you are happy. There are recommendations of places to see etc on hand in the villa. Large supermarkets and Santanyi are within a 10minute drive. House and linens were all spotless. Everyone loved their bathrooms, 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony, whilst the downstairs bedroom opens out to the main garden patio. Being returners to Majorca and only there for a week, and 3 generations from 2yrs the house and beach were more than enough for all of us. We loved it that the beach and facilities were clearly a popular place for the locals, and that other than the Spar shop there wasnā€™t a branded hostelre in sight! All in all we had a fab week, we would book this villa again without hesitation. You really wonā€™t be disappointed.

Top Lage

Sehr gute Lage, gleich am Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr grosszĆ¼gig und sauber. Der Pool ist ein bisschen sehr klein geraten und die Infrastruktur muss unbedingt mal erneuert werden (neue Mƶbel und einige Renovierungen). Ich wĆ¼rde auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin gehen.

Tolles Objekt in perfekter Urlaubslage

Wir haben hier als Familie mit zwei Kindern fantastische neuen Tage verbracht. Das Haus in Hanglage liegt wirklich perfekt, man hat Ć¼ber eine Treppe einen quasi direkten Weg an den Strand, Treppe hoch 50 m weiter ist ein Supermarkt fĆ¼r den tƤglichen Bedarf, besser geht es kaum. Man fƤhrt in seine eigene, private Garage, dann geht es weiter mit dem eigenen Fahrstuhl oben zum eigentlichen Haus. Tolle Zimmer, teilweise mit Meerblick und mit eigenem Balkon, und drei BƤder, so dass quasi jede Partei ein eigenes Bad hatte. Die Bucht ist zum Baden perfekt, die Kinder konnten alleine an den Strand, auch im Oktober noch tolle Wassertemperatur, Sandstrand und tĆ¼rkises Wasser. Zudem liegt das Haus auch fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge ideal, weitere schƶne Buchten wie Cala Figurera liegen in unmittelbarer NƤhe. Und auch die Ortschaft Santanyi ist einen Ausflug wert, ist ein schƶner und traditioneller Ort. Die HauseigentĆ¼mer Ingrid und Salvador sind supernett und flexibel, und haben uns zu dem mit traditionellen Backwaren aus eigener BƤckerei begrĆ¼ĆŸt. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da!

Traumhafte Lage und sooo liebe Vermieter ā¤ļø

Von Anfang an alles perfekt. Salvador und Ingrid sind super lieb und haben uns zusƤtzlich noch mit ihren Kƶstlichkeiten aus ihrer BƤckerei verwƶhnt. Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schƶn und alles genau so wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es war uns ein VergnĆ¼gen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles.

Tolle Strandvilla- Perfekt fĆ¼r Familien

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Tolle Lage, nur wenige Stufen entfernt vom Strand. Die Besitzer sind super nett, jederzeit erreichbar und waren sehr bemĆ¼ht. Sie begrĆ¼ĆŸten uns persƶnlich vor Ort mit einem leckeren mallorquinischen Kuchen und frischen Brƶtchen aus ihrer BƤckerei. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. HandtĆ¼cher, PooltĆ¼cher, Shampoo und Seife waren vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel fĆ¼r die Waschmaschine stand bereit. Wir wĆ¼rden das Haus ausnahmslos empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Alles super !

Ein super schƶnes, sauberes Haus. Toller Pool, alles da was man braucht, der Strand is Ć¼ber die stiegen sofort erreichbar. Kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt 2 min. Zu FuƟ. die Vermieter Salvador und Ingrid wirklich sehr nett, haben uns mit Brot und SĆ¼ĆŸigkeiten aus ihrer BƤckerei empfangen. Waren per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und antworten schnell. Uns hatā€™s sehr gut gefallen, an manchen Tagen sind wir nicht mal an den Strand, weils so gemĆ¼tlich am Pool war...

La casa es estupenda. MagnĆ­ficamente situada sobre la cala de Santanyi. Ascensor privado y estĆ”s en la arena. Un lujazo. Muy bien equipada. Agradable porche para comer y una piscina que mĆ”s limpia no puede estar. A 5 minutos de Santanyi, donde hay de todo. Lejos de las aglomeraciones de otras zonas de Mallorca aunque se echa de menos un paseo marĆ­timo para dar una vuelta al atardecer.
