Villa with pool & sea view | Cala Llombards | 400 m to the beach

Our villa, built and completed in 2013, is located in a quiet little side street. It is a perfect mix of Mallorcan country house style on the outside and modern ambience on the inside. With 340 square meters of living space, it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor there is an open fitted kitchen next to the living and dining area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, 1 refrigerator, 1 further fridge / freezer and some more.
In addition there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sep. Guest toilet and a storage room.

Outside there is a sun terrace right by the pool with 4 sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace with a large dining table, armchairs and a brick BBQ grill. The garden is filled with lawn and beautiful old olive trees.

On the 1st floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and a wonderful view of the sea.

At the top there is also a completely invisible roof terrace for private sunbathing.

The central air conditioning system, which can be controlled separately for each room, is particularly beneficial in the summer months. You can find more information on the Internet: blue-lagoon (dot) info

Of course, there is also a new, modern washing machine and dryer in the basement.

It is particularly worth mentioning that the house is also ideal for the autumn and winter months, since it has underfloor heating in all rooms.

There is also a WLAN router that connects to the Internet via an antenna. Unfortunately there is no better technical possibility for WLAN in Cala Llombards. For urgent matters, we recommend switching to "Mobile Data 3G".

Big villa, perfect for a big family (we were 7 adults). Very close to a beach with all amenities, there are stairs to get to the cliffs and a short walk further down is the sandy part, although we hanged out by the pool more :) The property manager Angeline was responsive and helpful ahead and throughout our stay.Keep in mind, it is a little far from stores and restaurants, which is not an issue if you have a car.

a few challenges but overall good.

The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay. Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which meant constant mopping/hoovering. Emptying bins daily is a bit of a phaff but ok once you get used to it.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

4 Schlafzimmer und jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Haus ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten und Pool ist ebenso schön. Pool war leider etwas zu kalt für uns. In ein paar Minuten ist man in einer schönen Bucht, leider sehr voll. Wie aber alle Buchten auf Mallorca. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig die Lage ist toll aber im Ort gibt es keine Restaurants und nur einen kleinen Spar laden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Einzig das Kochgeschirr, insbesondere die Pfannen könnten etwas hochwertiger sein. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir durften 14 Tagen eine tolle Familienzeit mit 8 Personen in der Villa verbringen. Wir waren rundum begeistert, die Lage zu der Bucht Cala Llombards ist einmalig. In der Hauptsaison unfassbar überlaufen und gegen 18Uhr erst empfehlenswert. Daher war der Pool und die Nähe zum Haus nochmal mehr wert. Zum Teil waren wir nur zum Schwimmen in der Bucht und die Ruhephase kam am privaten Pool mit tollen Liegen. Die Ausstattung und die durchdachte Planung der Villa lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage für Ausflüge ist sehr gut. Ein Muss ist der Mietwagen. Empfehlenswert für die gesamte Familie: Santanyi (nicht nur zu Markttagen :-), die Bootsfahrt ab Cala Figuera mit Red Stars Tours und das Naturschutzgebiet mit der Bucht Cala S'Amarador). Unser besonderer Dank gilt Angeline, das Sahnehäubchen auf unserer guten Erfahrung. Sie ist eine tolle und herzliche Persönlichkeit, die mit ihrem Team das Urlaubserlebnis abrundet.

Sehr tolles Haus welches perfekt eingerichtet ist, liegt an einer traumhaften Bucht welche in 3 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Poolanlage wird zwei Mal in der Woche gereinigt. Die Übergabe funktionierte reibungslos & die Ansprechsperson konnte per Whats App jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Schade verfügt das Haus über keinen Gasgrill. Das Dorf bietet einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein kleines Restaurant an, Auto ist Pflicht aus unserer Sicht. War ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderschön

Amazing

We have just left the villa and it was beautiful. Everything was so clean. There are so many kitchen utensils and glasses, you won’t need any more. Evelyn and Gudron were lovely and always there to answer your messages. The most beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away and the sea is amazing. We had the best week and would definitely recommend.

Wir können uns nur den bisherigen Rezensionen anschliessen: tolles Haus, schöner grosser Pool, voll ausgestattete Küche! Die Nähe zum Meer, einfach fantastisch! Und selbst mit 6-8 Personen reichlich Platz für jeden! Einzig der Zustand der Duschen sollte noch verbessert werden: entlang der Profile und Ecken hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
