This lovingly cared for house is located in a dead end street in a quiet resedential are. The plot is completely fenced. Casa La Palmera has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a shower room, living-dining and kitchen with way out to the covered terrace. Next to it there is the BBQ and the utility room with washing machine and another shower.

4 mobile radiators are available for colder days and 4 fans for the summer time. Radio, DVD player, satellite TV and Wifi are also available.

Walking through the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera you can admire the llaüts, the fishing flotilla, the fish market, the nets and other fishing gear drying in the sun. There are also several restaurants in first line on the promenade and two small supermarkets. The beach of Cala Santanyí is a 5-minute drive away or a 20-minute walk. About 4.5 km away is Santanyí, a traditional Mallorcan small town with restaurants, shops and a historical center, where a popular farmer’s market takes place twice a week.
