Beautiful house located just 200 meters from the white sand of CALA LLOMBARDS.
This house with pool is ideal for a family holiday. The refreshing garden with a piece of grass brightens and refreshes the space. The pool area with the barbecue invites to relax and dinners to the fresh.
A large porch before the entrance of the house with a beautiful table welcomes us. On the lower floor we find the modern fully equipped kitchen and the chat room. A full bathroom and a laundry area are located on this floor.
On the upper floor we find three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom with double bed accesses a private terrace with views of the pool. A single room with a large window and another room with access to a terrace that overlooks the entrance with two single beds.

Quiet and peaceful with great pool

Cala Llombards could be described as a quiet backwater. The villa is located close to the 2 bars and supermarket. The beach is within walking distance down quite a steep hill. The location of the villa gives easy access by car to the other great beaches on this coast. The property manager Anabel is excellent and is very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The villa has a great pool and BBQ area. The interior is a little tired and the bedding/towels could do with a refresh. Overall a great family holiday.

Gute Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Fahren seit ca. 15 Jahren jedes Jahr nach Cala Llombards und haben daher schon einige Objekte gesehen. Die Lage des Objektes ist gut. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und Aussenbereich ist schön. Was allerdings gerade in der warmen Jahreszeit gar nicht geht sind veraltete Fenster mit fehlenden Mückenschutz. Wenn schon keine Klimaanlage im Objekt ist, dann wenigsten ein Mückenschutz. Das Objekt erhitzt sich in der Hauptsaison stark auf, sodass man abends zwangsläufig lüften muss. Die Lüfter bringen da auch nicht viel. 4 vorhandene Messer als Besteck waren auch etwas wenig. Ansonsten ist das Objekt gut ausgestattet. In der Nebensaison sicherlich zu empfehlen. Wir würden es in der Hauptsaison nicht nochmal buchen.

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Villa

Wir haben im Juni 10 erholsame Tage hier verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr schön und verfügt über einen sehr gepflegten und grosszügigen Außenbereich mit tollem Pool. Für Sonnenanbeter sehr zu empfehlen. Die letzte Sonne kann man bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon genießen. Vielen Dank an Anabel für die freundliche Unterstützung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.!!!
