Im Groben und Ganzen ist es ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen.Der Grill ist nicht mehr der wie auf den Bildern, die Abdeckung der Abluft in der Küche stand gegenüber.Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut gewesen, eine Klimaanlage wäre aber hilfreich gewesen, mit den 4-5 Ventilatoren die vorhanden sind, ließ es sich aber auch aushalten.

Tolle Lage, alles was man braucht in der Nähe! Der Pool ist auch ein Segen. Innen ist vieles ein wenig heruntergekommen oder kaputt, aber das stellt keine wirkliche Einschränkung dar. Preis könnte auch etwas geringer sein, aber ich würde es trotzdem wieder buchen!

Katastrophale Unterkunft

Das Haus ist komplett verlottert und veraltet. Es ist nichts wie auf den Bildern, ausser der Pool. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Wasser kam aus den Bidets keines, überall waren Krabbeltiere. Leitungen verrostet, Farbe abgeblättert, Gasflasche verrostet, Poolleiter lottert, aus der Dusche kommt mal warmes, mal kaltes Wasser, die Fenster lassen sich auf gut Glück öffnen, dann kaum mehr schliessen. Der Grill, wie auf dem Bild existiert nicht. Die Veranda ist weit entfernt von gemütlich, im ungepflegten hinteren Teil. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, so etwas zu vermieten. Wir haben die Agentur über die Missstände informiert und auch darüber, dass wir früher ausgezogen sind. Null Entgegenkommen, das erste Mail wurde beantwortet und wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir die Fristen einhalten müssen, was wir übrigens getan haben. Die restlichen Mails wurden ignoriert. Schade!

Dette var trist

Vi gledet oss til sommerferie, men dessverre det ble en skuffelse. Vi overtok et skittent hus fullt at kakerlakker og smådyr krypende rundt. Når det gjaldt inventar mangler det de grunnleggende ting som vinopptrekker og rødvinsglass. At huset ikke hadde oppvasken eller aircondition er vår egen feil, men tok det som en selvfølge. Det som reddet oppholdet var alle flotte strendene i område og gode restauranter. Husets svømmebasseng var også ok, men dessverre ikke utemøblene. Skal du ha en perfekt ferie anbefales ikke dette huset.

Eine Ferienwohnung sollte zu 100% bei dem Preis nutzbar sein, wenn nicht , sollte der Anbieter vom Preis den Vermieter entgegen kommen . Der Service vor Ort war gut und hat sein bestes getan.

Lage top! Achtung keine Klimaanlage! Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine wunderschöne Klippe und es ist nicht weit zum Meer. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage fehlt in den Sommermonaten sehr. Zum Aufhalten oder zum Schlafen war es im August im Haus kaum auszuhalten. Sogar zum Schlafen sind wir nach draußen gegangen. Die Küche ist sehr klein und schlecht ausgestattet. Es war schwierig für 6 Leute dort zu kochen. Zudem hat das Haus offensichtlich auch ein Problem mit Krabbeltieren. Präventiv lagen in jeder Ecke zumindest Insektenfallen, jedoch haben diese nicht viel gebracht. Der Pool war unser Highlight! Und der Außenbereich lud zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein.

Entspannung pur

Die Finca war sehr gemütlich und es war für uns fünf ausreichend Platz. Der Pool war sauber und lud zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider fehlte es zum Teil an der Grundausstattung wie Topflappen, Untersetzern, Schwämmen, Salz, Pfeffer etc. Zudem war der Grill bei Ankunft nicht sauber.

Feines Häuschen in super Lage

Das Haus liegt super, ruhige Wohngegend, toller und gepflegter Pool (jeden Tag kommt jemand und kümmert sich) 3 min zu Fuß zum Meer, tolle Bucht! Grundsätzlich sehr sauber, wir waren eine Woche da, es wurde einmal " zwischen geputzt" und es gab frische Handtücher. Manche Möbel, vor allem der Kühlschrank, sind ein bisschen abgenutzt. Die üblichen sommerlichen Krabbeltierchen suchen sich den Weg ins Haus. Bequeme Matratzen. Super Service der Agentur, total freundlich: Der total verrostete Sonnenschirmfuß fiel dem ersten heftigen Windstoß zum Opfer, ein Anruf, drei Stunden später stand ein neuer da! Wir konnten auch ohne Probleme auf Anfrage erst um 11:00 Uhr abreisen. Leider hatten wir ein unschönes Erlebnis, das aber nichts mit dem Haus,zu tun hat, sondern unserer Nachlässigkeit geschuldet war: Mitten in der Nacht war ein Fremder im Haus und schaute in alle Zimmer. Wir wurden wach, dann ist er raus, haben ihn angesprochen, er faselte irgendwas von " Auto", haben wir nicht verstanden, dann fuhr er mit seinem Auto, das direkt vorm Haus parkte weg. Gestohlen wurde nichts, vermutlich aber nur, weil nichts von Wert " greifbar" rumlag. Also: Unbedingt nachts die Haustür von innen verriegeln ( das hatten wir an dem Abend einfach vergessen). Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Auszeitwoche genossen.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
