There is a swimming pool, terrace, veranda, a large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: accommodates 4 with two extra places possible.
If to the dream of living in a little street in a delightful village like Es Llombards we add 250 meters of renovated, modern, practical living space, the result is Sa Marineta: a typical family house which its owners have re-modelled and re-designed to meet their own holiday needs... and yours! (although you might not have realized till now).
Behind its lovely stone facade, Sa Marineta is full of surprises in its modern style, dotted with art and traditional features. It has lots and lots of space designed for vacations of the highest quality and comfort. And everything has a fresh and special touch that makes it such a distinctive property: from the grand living/dining room where you can relax, to the fabulous modern and functional kitchen, to the cozy corner for reading and study.
