Very spacious house for 6 people with a private pool for rent in the charming harbor town of Porto Petro, Mallorca. Just 600 meters from restaurants overlooking the small harbor of Porto Petro, where you can enjoy water sports. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Mondragó in the nearby Mondragó Natural Park is only 3.6 km away.

The house is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the veranda and the pool. The large kitchen also serves as a dining room with a large table and access to the pool area. A pantry and a laundry room are located next to the kitchen. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bathtub. A Jacuzzi is unfortunately not available. There is a second double bedroom. One of the bedrooms has its own small terrace and a separate bathroom with a shower.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited and fixed usage times: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

The beautiful covered terrace is very spacious and offers ample room for a long dining table, a barbecue, and a small chill-out area where you can enjoy an aperitif in the evening.
