Villa Roca Viva is in an ideal position, close to a number of good restaurants, shops and 2 beautiful sandy beaches. Located in the area of Cala D'or known as Cala Egos, you'll have everything you need right on your doorstep. Plus, if you don't want to hire a car, you can catch the road train to any of the surrounding resorts or beaches. The stylish marina and the centre of Cala D'or itself are particular highlights of the area, and there is even a golf course and various attractions nearby.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
