Hotel e funcionarios despreparados para atendiment

Ao chegar no hotel, mesmo com a reserva CONFIRMADA pelo Expedia, o atendente disse que nao tinha vaga, sendo-lhe apresentado o voucher da confirmação, o mesmo de forma grosseira disse que antes de ter feito a reserva que estava disponivel ON-LINE, que teria que te ligado para o hotel antes.(?!?!?!?!) Depois de muita insistência e informa-lo de que o hotel seria penalizado caso não arrumasse um quarto, o atendente informou que iria mandar limpar o quarto e disponibiliza-lo. Detalhe, todo esse transtorno ocorreu em plena madrugada, quase 3 da manhã!!
