The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated unfortunately the buses weren't running to drop us off in front of hotel so we had to walk in the rain, but once we got there staff was awesome!

Bathroom was very clean but the rest of the room was dirty and broken items. Heat did not work properly and not enough towels. The staff were amazing and very kind. The pool area and sauna was dirty and no staff to continue to clean and water all over floor making it dangerous to walk on.
