Great location in heart of Santiago, near all of the higher rated restaurants and close to the monument. Only about an hour from Puerto Plata. Maid service was very good. Self park was convenient but was surprised no valet was offered. Pool looks beautiful but water is not very clear.

I loved this hotel it was everything I was looking for in a romantic getaway with a beautiful view of the monument. The hotel room was very modern, spacious and luxurious all at once. I loved it and would definitely be staying here again. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the heart of Santiago.

The paying hotel guests should have priority in the restaurant. The restaurant was only on reservations and was always full. No other choice to go out and eat outside. The bar in lobby not a great choice of appetizers. Breakfast buffet was not worth what they charge did not have a variety very poor selection
