Our camping experience is just what you need! Perfect for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, we offer a unique and serene stay surrounded by nature.

And the best part?

You won't have to travel far - we're just 15 minutes from Santiago's city center and 30 from the airport. So come on down, get some fresh air, listen to the birds, and make some unforgettable vacation memories in our stunning mountainous landscape!

Las Charcas is part of Santiago and is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from the iconic landmark "El Monumento" at the center of Santiago (Corazon city).

Guest will have access to the entire property: both levels of the house, the front and back yards.

Our villa is the perfect spot for nature enthusiasts seeking a private oasis. Follow the 400-meter off-road trail from the main road to our expansive outdoor living area, featuring a 100-inch screen with an HD projector, pool table, outdoor kitchen, bar, Tiki bar, pool with integrated spa (piscusy), BBQ grill, and two bathrooms. You won't even need to step inside the house!

However, if you do need to use the kitchen, rest assured we have all the essentials: a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and a stackable washer and dryer. Plus, we've got bed linens, towels, kitchenware, and Wi-Fi covered.

Now, let's talk layout. The first floor focuses on outdoor living, boasting a large lounge area for 50+ people, a gazebo with a pool table, bar, Tiki bar, pool, outdoor kitchen, walk-around balcony, and two bathrooms with showers. Inside on the first floor, there's a living room and a spacious kitchen with a passthrough window to the outdoor area. The second floor features an open family room with a screened-in porch, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It sounds like paradise, right?

We also offer extra services that can be included with your home rental or booked separately. Enjoy a "Un Pasa Dia" (Day Pass) for $249 for up to 30 people as a standalone option (Monday to Thursday) or $149 as an add-on to your reservation. Additionally, we have an in-house cook specializing in typical Dominican dishes, a BBQ specialist, and professional meal prep services. Prices vary based on meal requests and the number of guests.

👥 Guest Capacity

Our standard nightly rate includes up to 2 guests.
Planning to bring friends or family? No problem! Additional guests are welcome for just $10 per person, per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

⚡ Electricity Use

We want you to stay cool and comfortable, especially with the Caribbean sun!
That said, electricity in the Dominican Republic is expensive. Your stay includes up to 18 kWh/day, which typically covers normal use.
If you exceed that, an additional charge of $0.30 per kWh applies. We recommend turning off A/Cs when you're out to help stay within the included amount.

🌴 Nature Around

Our location is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty — but that also means you may occasionally spot ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. While we take great care to maintain the space, nature is part of the experience here. If you're particularly sensitive, we recommend bringing repellent just in case.

🛠️ Maintenance Support

Our home is well cared for, but like any space, things can sometimes go awry. Should anything come up — an appliance acting up or something not quite right — please reach out right away. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.
