First and foremost the guard on duty 2/7/26 was very unwelcoming and seemed annoyed.I had a guest over and he didn’t even ask for identification or ask them to sign in .He hardly looked up from his cell phone.My other issue which is the biggest concern was the roaches i seen alive and dead on the floor in the lobby and in the apartment D9.Soon as I opened the door the unit reeked of cooked food .I assume from the previous guest.I immediately took pictures and contacted the host .They agreed to refund me 40 but I have yet to receive or hear anything from the host .Very disappointing experience.Beautiful building beautiful aesthetic hands down but overall experience 5/10
