Una estadia que no fue excelente porque tuve en tres ocasiones problema con mi llave, mal programada o con problemas de sistema. Mas todo se resolvia con un personal muy atento que nos daba acceso tanto a los elevadores como a la habitacion y hasta al area de conexion con el Homs donde teniamos un pariente interno. Los felicito, en sentido general lo recomiendo 100%.

Absolutely loved staying here. We went with two little kids. It was perfect. Crib was clean and new, sofa bed perfect for toddler or bigger kids too if you have them. Breakfast was great, everyone so friendly. This will be our official stay whenever we go visit family. Oh and best bar. Taking drinks up at night after the kids were down was the cherry on top.

I had a great stay at Residence Inn in Santiago, DR. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a perfect choice for both short and extended stays. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with everything you need to feel at home. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the hotel feels safe and well maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the location is, with easy access to main areas of the city. The hotel is top notch. From the moment I step in I knew this is up to par. Front desk supervisor checked me in right away. The room was so clean and nice. The breakfast was perfect and fresh. It was a pleasant stay to say the least, and it felt so peaceful. Security present at all times.
