A wonderful old building with spacious rooms and lots of charm. The room was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. The best part was the staff. They were all warm and welcoming, they were super helpful and personable. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers.

Well located and good value hotel

Attentive staff and easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with good AC and pretty interiors. Many places of interest are within walking distance and the immediate area is safe. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again.

Property was really good and hosts were really helpful and friendly. Different from your classic hotels, it is a charming old building but very well maintained. Room was bigger than normal and bathrooms had all the amenities. They prepared pretty good breakfast for us every day as well. Very close to the main street and metro station. If I am not wrong there are some nightclubs nearby as well. However this section of main street and even alleys were very deserted during most of our stay which was on a weekend. But 15-20 minutes walk towards east and you get to more lively area.

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent.It was described as Continental, but was way more than that including made to order eggs. Hotel is close to Metro and supermarket. Lasting impression will be the staff, just the nicest people.

Beautiful historic building, beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the common spaces and thoughtful touches like free coffee, tea and cake and a cold bottle of water on arrival. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to many highlights in San Santiago and only minutes from the subway.

A lovely small hotel in a trendy part of Santiago. A block from the Alameda and the Metro, excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The morning breakfast was wonderful.
