They don’t reply to your messages if you need help

Apartment location was great. Apartment was clean.If you have questions or an issue and you tried contacting the people encharged through what’s up ( which is the recommended method according to them), they would take forever to get back to you and they would only reply to some of your messages.

LO PEOR DE LO PEOR

Lo peor que puedes hacer es elegir este apartamento. Abandonado a su propia suerte a tal punto que la compañia de servicio eléctrico le interrumpió el servicio durante mí estadía. Colchón viejo, sábanas con olor a viejo y toallas descoloridas hacen de esta opción LA PEOR DE SANTIAGO.

Ótima localização mas não é mesmo que contratamos

O hotel fica bem próximo ao metrô Manuel montt, o que facilita bastante. Existem supermercados e farmácias próximas. Mas, o apartamento é decepcionante.. cozinha bem pequena e não tinha abridor de vinho. O apartamento que está disponível no site expedia não é o mesmo que ficamos.. o nosso não havia mobiliário (apenas um sofá) e uma cama bem baixa e no banheiro haviam locais com mofo. Não recomendamos pois vimos outras opções também perto do metrô que parecem melhores e mais confortáveis.

Superou minhas expectativas

Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha primeira aquisição no Hotéis. A forma de pagamento no checkin facilitou meu planejamento. Foi prático, bem barato e tive bom retorno. O apartamento está em prédio novo (ou reformado) e apesar de móveis não tão novos, o espaço do quarto é maravilhoso e a localização perfeita (ao lado da estação de metrô Manuel Montt, muitos restaurantes, supermercado, academia e lanchonetes)

Básico, requiere mantención

Departamento cuenta con lo básico para una estancia de pocos días. Alfombra habitación con aspecto sucio y descuidado. Sábanas estaban rotas en sector superior, lo que otorga mal aspecto.
