Always wanted to go there. Still some work being done around the city. So the view is not that great yet. Great hotel.

I always wanted to stay there and i finally did. My only critic is there is a lot of constructions being done in the city so for now the view is not that great yet. Pool is very nice, the bar and casinos . I wish they stayed open later. Can't have a bar that closes at 2am c'mon.

Las habitaciones estaban decoradas con mucho estilo y eran muy cómodas. El personal fue súper amable y atento – un servicio de primera de principio a fin. El servicio VIP fue espectacular, hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. The customer service was really but, the person in the counter told me that the vip don't work for them, only if I pay $48 dollars extra, they waitresses in the breakfast buffet, was very rude, I asked for water and they ignored me, later I requested coffe and they did the same thing, I went to complain in the front desk, I never will cone back to Barcelo, what a disappointment
