This hotel was very nice! Our room was spacious and clean and our view from the 16th floor was incredible! My only complaint about the room however, was the shower head! We were still able to shower so we didn’t complain about it, but it was definitely annoying for a 5 day stay. The pool area is nice, and the 24 hour gym is totally equipped with everything you need. Our stay included free breakfast which was AMAZING…by far one of our favorite parts. The area of the hotel is very quiet and we never felt unsafe. It’s about a 10 minute Uber ride to all the sites. Overall 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location of the property and the security. I do not like that the property did not have ice machines available for the guess. I did not like calling the front desk to just get a little bit of ice brought to my room.

All was good the only problem was AC in the room was not working several days even when change to another room. The staff are amazing Erika, chef who prepares breakfast in the morning and Nicholas is super helpful! Thank you

Hotel and staff were excellent, breakfast was very enjoyable, 10 minute drive from old town. Cross the street from Ocean, boardwalk. Had dinner at Filigrana, Great service reasonably priced and excellent meal

My favorite place to stay in Santo Domingo

Great staff, clean, and a spectacular view of the Caribbean Ocean in every room.

Great hotel, Bad service

I've stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was different. The room and hotel were great. Clean, modern, very nice. The service, however, was horrible this time. With the exception of the doormen. He was friendly and helpfull. The two men at the checkin counter seemed disinterested and had bad attitudes. During breakfast the waiters did not offer me coffee or juice like they did with everyone else. And, i was ignored when i tried to get their attention. I had to wait for them to take my plate to order coffee. Also theparking attendant was rude. As if he was in disbeliefthat i was a guest. I don't want to speculate why i received such bad service.
