My room walls and carpet were dirty, it looked like the previous guest wiped their hand and faces with it. Lamps were all broken, hallway smelled, the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the air-conditioner stopped working in the middle of my first night there and it took them almost all day to fix it, room services take at least two hours for food or towels. I asked for face towels and they were gone and never replaced after the first set. No pool towels for two days and had to bring my shower towel, then wait forever to get clean ones to shower. Food was sub-par, no local fruit juices like passion fruit or tamarind, we travel to the island to get the island we left when we immigrated. Overall, a very disappointing stay and embarrassing as well, I stayed there so much that I recommended it to friends and family that came on this trip and will be going in December and it was a shame.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. From Carlos, Steven to name a few at front desk. Emilio the personal trainer. The life guard that gave my young son a football and put on a mini clinic showing how to handle the ball. The spa ladies. All of the cleaning staff and all in the restaurant. I have been there approximately 6 plus times already. Always my first choice by far. A favorite of locals because of the great gym, pool and family atmosphere.

The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Composed of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, a wide variety of assorted cheeses hams. Mangu and omelets à la carte. Prosciutto could have been sliced thinner for more enjoyment. The breakfast staff were very friendly and did their due diligence regularly retiring used dinnerware. Was very disappointed to see so many chipped plates, coffee cups, and drink-ware. In one instance my glass had a chip(unnoticed at the time of use) that it would have been very unfortunate for me if I had drank from that side. The rooms were large but outdated. The carpet and furniture had stains and the carpet had a distinct odor. The bathroom shower was disappointing. The tub needed replacing and the shower head pressure was minimal and needs replacing. The lobby bar/lounge comes to life with live entertainment on certain nights. The young lady in charge of pool day passes behaved in a manner unbecoming as I was treated in a dismissive manner. This in no way includes the rest of the staff as they greeted me every morning and were more than happy to assist me with any questions or needs. If this hotel was to make some minor adjustments it would be an excellent place to stay.

We were 3 people and had two towels. We asked for a third towel all 3 day and not not once we’ve got towel. The room are very run down and the carpet was extremely dirty. Parking was always a problem and the hotel smelled moldy or humid.
