The hotel is in a great location, great staff and service but they need to update it it looks a bit run down , the furniture in this hotel is from the 50’s , they also need to change the carpets , the annex building construction has been abandoned for many years it makes the look of the hotel look abandoned, and run down.

Room was a little outdated with poor lighting and carpeted floors. Bathroom could also be updated and refreshed. I do believe that some floors are in the process of being renovated and the floor we stayed on was not updated yet. Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is in a quiet and safe area and away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of a major city. Convenient access to all the main sites (ie. Zona Colonial) and shopping centers. Great stay for families.

The room could benefit from better maintenance and updates. The bathroom ceiling appeared damaged, there were visible spots on the molding, the showerhead was not functioning properly, and the furniture felt outdated. Addressing these maintenance issues and considering room upgrades would greatly improve the guest experience. The staff, however, were helpful and attentive, which was appreciated. The buffet could be improved. Some of the food was cold, and certain items were not replenished consistently throughout the breakfast hours. Since guests pay for breakfast in advance, ensuring there is enough food available for the entire service time would improve the experience. Additionally, the bacon could be cooked a bit longer for better quality. Overall, the hotel is well suited for families with children and for short, one-day stays.

This stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. There was visible mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the bedroom, as well as a large amount of mold around the bathtub. The bathtub itself was rusted, which raised serious hygiene and maintenance concerns. The elevators barely worked or were often out of service, making it very inconvenient. When we contacted staff to ask for help, they said they would assist, but no one ever showed up. We followed up multiple times, and still nothing was done. On top of that, the phone in the room did not work, so we had to go downstairs in person every time we needed assistance. Because of these issues and the lack of response, we were forced to leave and book another hotel elsewhere. The room and the property are not at all like the photos and do not match the description. I do not recommend this hotel.
