Worst experience of my life. I reached the apartment complex and was denied the room.

I paid for the room a week in advance. I reached the apartment complex, I was told the host had no record of me or my payment by a housekeeper . I tried to reach out to the host five or six time but he never responded to my message. I send messages asking for my money back with no response. At the last moment, I was force to look for an apartment on my first day in Dominican Republic. I have reach out to VRBO but no one has responded to me neither.

Orribile in 12 giorni di soggiorno non hanno mai pulito la stanza, per avere degli asciugamani puliti ho dovuto chiederglieli due volte. Tutto fatiscente dall'ingresso alla rubinetteria del bagno. I servizi che dicono di avere non ci sono. Sconsiglio in pieno dicono di V
