This property met all of our needs. Its located in the heart of the colonial district. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing works at this freaking hotel !!!! Blnking lights, slow down toilet. You have to request everything, soap, towels, etc. Requested repair services 3 times, no results, when spoke to manager after 2 days, finally got repairs on slow down toilet blinking ligths. But not the slow drain shower. Water will go over limit risking a fall due to a wet and slipery floor.

I when to this property for t days and i liked it, the staffs are so friendly and pleasant and the breakfast oh my God, i didn't expect to find to much variety of Dominican breakfast.

Staff excellent but condition of the room not grea

Love the staff, however management must be proactive and make sure everything is running smoothly. The AC was leaking, hair dryer didn’t work, the closet door didn’t open and the TV remote control didn’t work. We called and they came and fix everything buy again before you give to a guest the room they should check is all inside the room works
