My stay was very good in all aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Francesco. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was big and clean. Beds are comfortable. Stuff was friendly. Breakfast was really good! But we listened the music in our room from the bar downstairs until the midnight. And food in the restaurant was not so good.
