We checked out after the first night, the hotel if you can even call it that is nothing like what was pictured, the lobby area smelled like cat spray, the room looked like a jail cell, the ac filter was so dirty it’s probably never been cleaned. The owner refused to answer the phone and tried to claim we stayed our whole trip to keep the money. There was no hot water, nor any pressure to shower. Save your time and money and book elsewhere! 0/10 for us

This is a hidden gem! Very well located, clean, comfy, super hospitable ! The lady who handled our check in was very helpful and made a lot of effort to translate and communicate with us, and gave a lot of advice, as well as we were able to choose the room. I highly recommend!

What I liked that it was footsteps away from El Conde and easy access to all the restaurants, so the location was great. The Hotel itself waa very Colonial which I loved. They can put more staff I felt terrible for the lady that took care of us from the 1st day of our arrival she was overworked even though she did great, I have nothing bad to say about the place really it was very clean I was happy.
