We had a family trip!! The whole experience was terrible.. we booked 6 rooms.. and definitely we never will make the same mistake.. I rather to pay more and feel better… cockroaches in the rooms, the bathrooms were dirty… poor hygiene… two of the keys were broken and fixed with clear tape.. poor customer service and poor hospitality from the staff.. the only good thing they had it was the parking lot..

The room was kind of disorganized, everything was old and broken, it was really loud from the night until morning I wasn't able to get good sleep. The whole hotel looks trashy and the customers in too. The TV didn't work, the only thing I like the most about it was the location and the view

Mal desayuno. Pésimo servicio de la cocinera, bien ruda con los clientes al pedir desayuno. Ducha sin agua. Me quedé sin agua con espuma en mi pelo. No tuvimos toallas hasta el día siguiente. Mal estado de la habitación en general. Nunca regresaría a hospedarme en hotel renacer.
