Inaccurate location on listing
It’s a ten minute walk over a bridge to the colonial section (not within it as the listing claims in its title!!!). Black mold on the ceiling from a leaky toilet in the apartment above made the place smell of sewage. Car noise and gas fumes from the busy street below was nonstop. Electric was off frequently( three times In-N-Out four day stay).
On the good side ; fair priced, the walk to the colonial section was not that far. Beds were comfortable. Tv had a lot of good movie access. Water was hot, air
Conditioning worked. It served our needs, but I
Wouldn’t choose this one twice!
