We arrived and check in at 10:30 pm and check out at 04:30 am… only using the facilities for. 6 hours. In those 6 hours our experience was the power (electricity) shut down 4-6 times thought out the night… and to top it off they had issue with the water wasn’t able to take a shower before leaving to the airport all we expect was a good night sleep with no problem but having the air conditioner turn off though out the night and no water when we woke up… unacceptable when this is a domestic and internationally known establishment, for them not to have a back up plan when this happens… I have paid for two rooms… I would hope I will get a refund back.. because I was better off just staying at the airport it might have been better cause they probably didn’t have any problems with the power…

Everything about this property was great. Coming from a native it’s a bit out of the way but the staff are so accommodating they call cabs got you anytime you need one. Clean affordable would recommend to anybody.

Staff is great and the breakfast was better than a basic Continental. They had some power issues but there was a hurricane in the vicinity of the island and they blamed it on that.

Hôtel très vieillot mais propre. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres (nous étions un groupe) était très bruyante. C’est un hôtel à rénover. Bien pour une nuit. Bon petit déjeuner, beau hall et beau jardin.

Best single night stay, wish I could have stayed

Super comfortable for a one night stay, the TV was a little confusing to figure out but not really a big deal. The bed was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Every agent at the hotel I dealt with was pleasant and courteous too. Even the maids said good morning and good evening which is an amazing touch!

I like that is close to the airport, comfortable beds, great ac, friendly staff. My uber miss the exit. I didn’t like that if you make a mistake to get to the hotel your next exit to return was 20 minutes away and 20 to get back. Also I was expecting some authentic Dominican breakfast but was very disappointed with the quality and flavor.
