Have been many times to Santo Domingo.Well located extremely safe and the room extremely clean.I was able to book this two hrs before aboarding and received the confirmation immediately. Very good price compared to other hotels in this city. I highly recommend this his location and upscale services.

Why give out a room that is less than acceptable and then when I complain you tell me sorry there’s a better room available. Why not just do better right off the start? 1st room; toilet would not turn off, humidity was crazy high so much that the sheets, towels, toilet paper all felt wet Also BOTH ROOMS had ONE bottle of water! ONE! What are my wife and I…? Camels? Who drinks ONE 500ml bottle of water between two people over 24 hours?
