With a privileged location in the Dominican Republic, this 1-bedroom apartment offers everything you need to have an unforgettable vacation. With a space of 45 m2, this apartment is spacious and welcoming. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. It also has common areas such as a living room, dining room, lounge and pantry. Pets are not allowed and it is not wheelchair accessible. In addition, no events or parties are allowed and it is a smoke-free space.
Amenities include street parking, satellite TV, balcony, and partial air conditioning. We also offer free toiletries, closet, city and ocean views. Although a washing machine is not available, we do have a two-way air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, gas oven and coffee maker. Unfortunately, we do not have a swimming pool.
