Terrible experience. This hotel isn’t open. One part is under construction and the other part won’t be open until next year sometime. It’s been like that since August but yet you can still book a room? Doesn’t make sense at all. And it’s non refundable as well so you get put at some other hotel. Just would’ve been nice to know that I wasn’t getting what I paid for.

Tenía una reservación y cuando llegué el de seguridad me dijo que estaba cerrado y tube que ir para otro hotel, después me llamaron y me dijeron que estaba abierta una parte y que perdí mi reservación. Me siento deseocionado.
