Positive: Beautiful area and beach. Hotel is being remodeled and I can see nice upgrades in the future. The bell staff and security are very nice. The room I chose was an airbnb very spacious penthouse style. The cleaning staff was courteous and helpful. Negative: Front desk staff rude and not knowledgeable about amenities and process. My check in and check out process were a disaster. The staff kept making mistakes and then acting like it was my fault. At check-in the girl gave me the wrong band that was all inclusive then corrected her mistake. Then one day when we purchased the all inclusive package for a day, paid in cash, the lady allegedly gave us too much change back and then at checkout said we owed her $20. I handed her the $20. Just overall rudeness and no customer service skills. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel. Many other nicer places in the area. The room had a carpet that was not vacuumed so I had to request that.
