Room Good condition. Staff courteous. There needs be separate check in for people with reservations vs people cancelled plane in line. I had hard time checking in due to chaos people cutting and made separate line. The new man in white jacket valet out front was very rude as pull up simply to check in. This man mocked me when my knee gave out mimicking me and also threaten me only had 5 minutes check in, when lobby full of people. Later, the hotel had policia there who act like going hit me, just for pull my vehicle up to check out/and get my bags from lobby. Americans do not like national policia act to guest like criminal at a stay. Hotel needs state it has own security vs Policia out front to guests.

My bathroom had a HORRIBLE SMELL inthe drains, I had to put a cup over the sink and shower drain. The room was old and dirty, carpet was disgusting and there was a leftover water bottle by the sink that said it was complimentary for me. But already opened and drunk out of. Poor service, called for things to my room that never arrived. Especially someone to check that smell and nobody ever came. Hotel staff wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was very poor. The omelette was the only thing that tasted good but you had to grab your own toppings and it wasn’t very hygienic. Wouldn’t stay here again.
