I love the location and the beach. Leave the resort and get to know the locals. Food was fair. Mexican food was very good. I would recommend Whala.

No tenia agua caliente cuando llegamos ,en la man̈ana llego.el chico que me atendio un moreniti muy decente y servicial fue muy atento. El restaurant italiano y mexicano estuvo lleno ,hay mucha gente para un solo restaurant.el buffet cuando llegue havia una linea parada esperando por platos que se tardaron casi 10 minutos en llegar.la comida no estaba buena muy mala calidad.y el personal del buffet muy poco servicial.

Lumpy bed. Water drips from ceiling. Filthy deck no one would use. House phone was just decoration. Close bar closed at 7. Had to walk across resort to get a beer. Then shake down for tip. The A/C was nice and quiet. That’s what raised my score to poor. Arrived at 2 and had to wait until to get room key in nonA/C lobby. At 3 new guest checked in and were taken to their room. Staff acknowledged me but kept taking new arrivals. 45 minutes later they finally took me to room. Horrid customer service.

Room outdated; patio glass door cracked and not on track. Had to ask for clean towels on some days. Shower unsafe because drain didn't drain well making it slippery. Water lukewarm. Noisy after 10pm until 2/3 am. Cats and birds in dining area. Security was very rude and disrespectful toward my son who stopped by to bring me items from the store. The beach was nasty with seaweed and stank for first 4 days. Couldn't get in it.
