Where do I start? Everything about this trip was perfect and one we'd definitely like to do again. Everything was great from the accommodation and the quality and thought to the finishing touches. Toiletries were fabulous, coffee machine, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. The cherry on the top was the feeling of complete privacy and the amazing views! Would highly recommend.

We loved that it is a more quiet area. you can get transportation or rent a car if you want to go places. The other larger cities in Greece were very busy and more hustle and bustle we liked the quite here and the staff was amazing always there for anything at all that you needed. This property is beautiful and on the quieter side of Santorini away from all the cruise ships. It overlooks the cliffs and the property managers Kostas and Anna go above and beyond their call of duty. They even booked a massage to my room and will book all excursions needed as well as transferred to anywhere you need on the island. I would stay there again.

Great experience! Kosta and his wife were an amazing hostess. He helped us with everything on the Island. We rented a car which was a money well spent! The room was very nice , very spacious with a private pool and the view to the caldera was really pretty. Breakfast is served in your room/balcony and it was delicious. There is a local restaurant which pick you up and the food was amazing! We will definitely stay there again when back to Santorini.

The property is quiet and private. If you enjoy quiet and being away from the traditional tourist spot then this is your place. We did have a car which we would recommend if you are staying here as transportation is not as easy. The best part of this experience was our fabulous host Kostos and Ana. From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. They were attentive to our every need. From breakfast, to tips about the island they were available. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous time. By the end of our stay with them we grew so fond of them. We would gladly return!

Black diamond suites is amazing!! Rena is so nice and made our stay that much easier and better, whatever you need she will arrange it from an iron to quad bike/car hire delivered to your suite at no extra rental charge, the boat trip and restaurants she recommended were amazing and the food was so good at a great price portions were massive! Oh not to forget the excellent breakfast that you get at BDS it was amazing and brought to your suite each morning, Rena gives you a mobile phone to so you can phone her for breakfast from your suite and any other things you may require while you stay which was a reassuring Touch, All in all our honeymoon was amazing thanks to BDS and most of all Rena! Thank you so so much, we hope to return and see you again in the future :)

Exceptional customer service. The Black Diamond Suites is so cute and private with beautiful views. Bed was so comfortable. My husband and I vacationed with our older children. Kosta and Anna were fabulous and Kosta made delicious breakfast for us every morning. He even made us dinner on our last night in Santorini. He helped us coordinate tours and dinner reservations. What ever we needed, they both were there to assist. We were treated as if we were family. If you are looking for a quiet place on the island, I highly recommend this place. If you don't plan on doing tours, I do recommend a car.

I was spoilt by the host. They were just like family members. They made sure that they make our stay comfortable and was always there to help with anything we wanted. We had full privacy and it was a luxurious stay. They don’t serve lunch but we requested for a sandwich. They went out of the way to get sandwiches for us. Gregory, his brother and Angela were such a good host. If someone want to have a luxurious but a romantic stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Kostas and Anna were the best hosts and made our stay in Santorini so much better. The suite was beautiful and very clean, and nothing was too much for Kostas and Anna. The breakfast differed each morning and offered a great selection, personalised to your likes (which they asked on arrival). Kostas was on hand to answer any questions, offer restaurant recommendations and was contactable at all times if needed. The area of Akrotiri was quiet and peaceful, we used bus transportation into the centres and back, very convenient. There is quite a steep walk from the bus stop back to the Suites which was fine for us but less able people may wish to consider renting a car for their time. We hope to return to this accommodation and already have family looking to book. Thank you to Kostas and Anna!
