Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to bus station. Restaurants, souvenirs shops are around the hotel. Comfortable bed.

Good location in Fira. Easy to get to see the 3 bells of Fira, shop and eat. Newly redone and nice. Limited front desk staff (incase you need something no one is available). Would recommend

The shower spattered in the bathroom floor and as a result the room stayed humid all the time. My pills disintegrated from the humidity. The reception did not respect its own posted hours. The room itself was clean but spare. And for the price, I’d stay here again.

It was fine, but we were really cold at night even with the AC off, even in summer. There’s no comforter only sheets really. The WiFi really wasn’t working, we got weird spam calls on our hotel phone. But it’s a great location and the receptionist was nice and helpful for us. She let us stay 30 extra minutes on checkout an you can keep your bags there

Needed a boutique small hotel to stay for one night in Santorini. Clean, tidy, well air conditioned. A short walk from the main dining and shopping precinct, and loads of options for coffee, drinks, supplies even closer. Reception staff very helpful, they made dinner reservations for us, and arranged airport transfer. Couldn’t have asked for more really.

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Great dining options just next door for breakfast and dinner. Price was very affordable for stay at Fira. Parking is a big tricky but we were lucky to find a spot closeby for our rental car. We had room 10 which was on upper floor and there are stairs to carry luggage so be aware and ask for lower floor if you have lot of luggage. Overall great value for the price.

When we checked we were told that there was an issue with the room and to come back after 9:30. We had breakfast and came back at 9:30. They still put us in that same room, we found out that because the AC was not working. Reported it to the front desk and was told that was the problem with that room. At the back of my mind, why would you still put us in that room if the AC is not working. They made us pay additional fee to get upgraded. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great room with terrace and a view! But why would they attempt to still stick us in the room with a broken AC? It all turned out good but after we paid for an upgrade.
