Une honte ... attention double réservation !!!!!
C'est une honte. Nous avons attendu 2 heures de rencontrer le manager de la maison pour finalement être délocalisés dans une autre maison dans un autre village à Messalia à Dantelo. Certe cette dernière était plus grande, avec un jardin et une piscine mais seuls les draps et linge de maison ont été changé. Le ménage n'a nullement été fait ( poussière, salle de bain et toilette non nettoyées et désinfectées, sol sale...) nous n'étions pas attendu ! En fait nous avons compris ensuite qu'il y avait une double réservations, une famille était déjà présente au DOMENICA. La Proprietaire ne nous a jamais contacté pour s'excuser. Nous demandons le remboursement de la nuit.
