The staff was so dedicated and really took excellent care of us from having a comfortable room, the amenities we need, breakfast, transport services, the closest restaurant recommendations, and even laundry! Excellent, friendly & helpful service staff always ready to render any help. Unbeatable location next to the bus station and near to the Caldera & main square where many eateries are at. Very reliable house keeping daily. They do their best! Note: Do bring along a pair of rubber slippers for use in the washroom. This hotel would be my choice again.
