I rate this place 7/10 its ok, but not really 5*

The air conditioning in the room was awful despite calling reception about it twice and having a maintenance guy come in. I don't usually write reviews unless something really sticks out but wouldn't really consider this a 5 star. The breakfast was great, the room was ok, the hot tub was freezing cold, there was nice entertainment one of the evenings. I stayed in another 5 star during the trip for a change of scenery and they were worlds apart but not that different in cost.
