Quientessence of a facility.
The folks at Onyx are truly amazing.When myself and my wife stay expired and we wanted to extend,they had no room,but they made sure we got another close by Bed and Breakfast facility to stay the one night we needed before departure.Truly great people.Any other time I visit Santorini ,I must stay at Onyx.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever needed. The town is a little bit of a walk but not bad at all and the staff can easily arrange transportation as well which was very helpful! We loved everything about this property and would stay again!

Our stay at Onyx truly made our visit to Santorini unforgettable. The hospitality we received from the team running the property was incredible. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Fira (walkable for us) yet. Everything is truly as pictured - not photoshopped at all. The rooms were fresh, squeaky clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious. We loved the pool and enjoyed many tasty drinks made by the bartender. If we are ever able to visit Santorini again, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Will recommend this location to anyone we know planning a visit.

This resort was amazing! We loved the architecture, the staff, the amenities (pool and free breakfast). There's not a lot of rooms and that's what makes the resort special, as it's very peaceful and not overly crowded. I highly recommend it! It is about a 7 minute drive from Fira, but walkable (~25-30 minutes). We would definitely stay here again if we visit Santorini in the future.

Highly recommend the onyx hotel. The hospitality was amazing and Katia and staff was accommodating. The location is not too far from Fira. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the included breakfast! Everything was beautifully designed. We would definitely come back and suggest to others that visit Santorini. It is not too far from popular tourist destinations but still quiet and relaxing. Thank you to Onyx Hotel & Suites!

We stayed 7 nights at Onyx Hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel is quite small, which makes your stay very peaceful, and you feel very safe and at home there. Tamta is a brilliant host and makes you feel very welcome, nothing is ever a problem. All the staff are happy and friendly and do a brilliant job. Our room was kept spotless and was nice and spacious (the bed was also very comfortable). We had a room with a balcony and hot tub, and there was lovely view down to the sea on the eastern side of the island. The breakfast every morning was tasty, the facilities were all well maintained and good quality. We would highly recommend the hotel! Ευχαριστώ!

Great Hotel in Santorini
Our family stayed at Onyx Hotel and Suites for one night after landing late and before early morning ferry. The hotel was very nice with a large room that easily fit all four of us. The location is in the middle of Santorini with views of the surrounding villages (no caldera view). Restaurants are within walking distance - Katerina's was very good. The pool was big with sparkling lights at night. The staff was excellent with them proactively providing us yogurt, granola, croissants, and spreads the night before since we were leaving before the breakfast, and providing a bottle of wine on arrival. I would definitely recommend if wanting to stay in a relatively less expensive hotel with all of the amenities or after first visit to Santorini and wanting to stay away from the caldera crowds.
