The resort atmosphere is good we like the vegetation the swimming pools magnificent for adults and children also close to the beach and entertainment areas.

the exact location is way off from google maps. Do note that Google doesnt work in China unless you use VPN. We took a cab from the airport, however the driver did not understand English. The Mandarin translation for the hotel is 三亚凤凰水城凯莱度假酒店. Hope it helps for future visitors. Hotel room is decent, friendly and extremely helpful staff. They gave us directions to go to 南山寺, about an hours from the hotel by public bus. Downtown Sanya is about 20mins by public bus too.

No one knows English to communicate with..

No one knows English to communicate with.. The room that i got was not as good as shown in the pictures.. The air conditioner was not working and the staff who came to help me could not understand any English.. Never going to stay back in this hotel

Good experience at this hotel on the first visit to Sanya. Helpful reception and service staff. The duty manager speaks English and was very helpful in changing my room (I was initially given a room with no mirror in the bathroom). In the room, two beds are put together to make a huge queen size bed. Suprsiginly comfortable! I enjoyed the views from the balcony. The hotel grounds, including the pool area, are clean, tidy and very well maintained. A few, what seems to be rather overpriced, restaurants and convenience stores in the lobby. Location is a little bit far to a grocery store and good restaurants, but you can taxi or take a local bus.

Huge room and outside tub

Lovely pool area. Nepalese restaurant staff speak English and are very helpful. Breakfast buffet is large. Room was huge and nice balcony with large tub. Only few Kms to train station.

酒店位置在小區，距離市中心點有點距離，雖然樓下也有公車無軌電車到，但是還是有點不便。樓下的商店食肆都不多，而且偏貴。我訂的雖然是最便宜的房型，但是房內殘舊冷氣不足，很難想像是四星酒店。不會再來了。

五星級的酒店，我訂的是河景。大堂的感覺一般，然後進去的第一感覺只有稍微大一點，看到河景外，其他都讓我很失望。要不是我一次訂三天的行程，真想第二天退房。第一，開放式的廁所，如果同伴啦個稀巴爛就隔壁就聞到。第二，墻身發黴跟有蜘蛛網。感覺清潔不夠乾淨。第三，房間舊就算了，很多地方還黴黴爛爛的，看著就不舒服。價格便宜，就將就了。不過對不起5星酒店的擡頭啊~

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and had good space. The hotel has a very nice garden and pool area. A bit off from city center, but very easy acessible by bus and taxi (10 minutes). We will definitey recommend this hotel.
