Café da manhã abaixo do esperado com poucas opções para o porte do local. O tempo todo sendo abordados por vendedores de cotas dentro do próprio hotel, que mesmo verbalizando que não queríamos, seguiam insistindo. É bem importuno estar em uma viagem de lazer e ter que perder tempo com algo que não temos interesse. No geral, atendentes bem educados e instalações em boas condições.

O quarto e atendimento do local eh muito bom, porem e muito cheio todos os dias, e o pessoal fica atras de voce todos os dias querendo vender cota o que incomoda um pouco vc viaja para descansar e o pessoal querendo marcar reuniao pra te vender cotas (ja te “pegam apos o check-in depois te esperam na saida do cafe da manha e na saida do almoço com muita insistência) o local tem 6 piscinas porem com divisorias dentro delas o que as deixa muito pequena pela quantidade de pessoas e nao tem espaco para nadar… de restante comida boa, quarto confortável, academia completa, recreação e ate sala de cinema 7/10

Muito cheio. Para o check in uma fila e para o check out outra fila. Fiquei acomodada no 7• andar. Como tenho uma filha pequena, solicitei a troca para um quarto. O térreo pela falta de telas de proteção na sacada e janela do quarto. A resposta foi que como estava cheio teria que aguardar ou manter a varanda e a janela trancada. É assim precisamos fazer trancar e tirar a chave em todo período. Elevador muito demorado e quando vem vinha cheio. Por 2 dias 1 elevador da torre que eu fiquei ficou parado, o que piora mais a dificuldade de conseguir entrar. Para ir embora que estávamos com o carrinho das malas, ficamos 20 minutos esperando e só após ligar na recepção que subiu, o quarto não tinha lençol para forrar o sofá cama e nós que fomos em 4 haviam apenas 3 toalhas disponíveis no quarto. A comida é boa e variada.
