Localidade pior nao existe, tentei dois dias antes cancelar minha estadia por ter um erro no anuncio. e nao foi possivel pq a equipe do hoteis.com não conseguiu contato e se recusou a fazer uma nova tentativa. Minha alternativa foi ir ate o local no dia do check -in , mas nao havia nenhum responsavel, resolvi esperar por alguns minutos, mas como ninguem soube informar a previsao de retorno do responsavel, fui embora procurar outra locla no centro da cidade. Minha preocupação foi com segurança, pois se chovesse no local seria impossivel sair do local de tão ruim que era o acesso.

História e extraterrestre.

Pousada limpa e aconchegante com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. São Thomé das Letras fica a 40km de Três Corações em estrada bem conservada com asfalto novo. A pousada fica a 11km após a cidade, em estrada de terra acidentada. GPS ñ identifica e a noite é impossível achar.

Staff atencioso, a Pousada tem muito a melhorar

Os funcionários foram muito gentis e simpáticos. Wi-Fi ok. Quarto: simples e limpo. Móveis antigos. Roupas de cama e banho ruins, colchão ruim. Possuía apenas um ventilador de teto apesar de anunciarem ar condicionado. Fiquei extremamente indignada pois reservei essa Pousada acreditando que teria ar condicionado. Calor insuportável. Produtos de toilette resume-se a sabonete que não foram repostos. Banheiro pequeno e sem Box. Após o banho era um caos. Café da manhã razoável. As refeições que fornecem (mediante pagamento) foram boas e bem servidas. Precisam retirar do anúncio possuir ar condicionado.

A pousada é simples, mas o quarto muito confortável,limpo, tem ótima vista para as montanhas, o wi-fi funcionando muito bem,o banheiro é amplo limpo, toalhas e roupas de cama impecável,o local é ótimo para descanso em meio a natureza muito rica em animais e flora, próximo as cachoeiras véu da noiva e antares, a estrada é de terra mas estava muito boa, o atendimento na pousada foi incrível Dona Eva nos recebeu muito bem eu e minha família como se já nos conhecesse sua filha Dione é muito atenciosa.
