When we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet was already clogged up from before. Imagine walking into a hotel room, only to be met with an already clogged up, and a semi-clean room. We requested a room change, and they denied our request. To their credit, a plumber came in later to unclog the toilet, but we were already very disgusted. The standards at this place are very low, and everything in that room felt filthy. The pillows on the couch had numerous disgusting unknown stains on them. We will definitely NOT be going back to this place ever again.

The property is in very good location, very clean, well maintained. However communication is a challenge specially for a foreigner who does not speak the local language. Hopefully, they can hire person who can speak English.

Local totalmente novo, todo o edificio ficou pronto recentemente. Apto perfeito para curta estadia. Tem um cafe/ empório no terreo que tem otimo atendimento e opções de café da manhã, almoço e lanche a noite. Está a dias quadras do Shopping Ibirapuera e a uma quadra do metro.
