Um excelente custo benefício, com boa localização

A localização é excelente, pertissimo do metro. O quarto é renovado e estava limpo e organizado. O check in foi feito virtualmente e foi tranquilo. No geral, é um excelente custo benefício. A única melhoria seria em termos do barulho. As janelas são antigas e a noite você escuta tudo da avenida. Mas, eu consegui dormir bem mesmo assim!

Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was the worst I've ever encountered—both the staff and the manager were hostile and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable; it was noisy all night, and I didn't get any sleep at all. The so-called "studio" is a complete scam. We measured it, and it is exactly 2.5 meters by 4.5 meters, to the millimeter, which IS including the shower and the corridor from the door. This matchbox-sized ridiculous room ("STUDIO APARTMENT"???????) leaves hardly any space to move around. There's only one chair, and the "kitchen" consists of a single electric heater. We felt suffocated and cramped the entire time. Booking this place for two weeks in advance was the biggest mistake we've ever made. It was a miserable experience, and we will never even contemplate visiting this awful place again. Avoid at all costs!

Melhor localização de São Paulo

Com certeza a melhor coisa é a localização. Fica a poucos metros da estação paraíso (linha verde e azul do metrô), ao lado de uma padaria 24h que tem de tudo e numa avenida muito próxima à avenida Paulista. A acomodação é boa, mas poderia ser melhor. A impressão que dá é que o retrofit do prédio foi feito de qualquer jeito. Péssimo acabamento, água do chuveiro não escorre pro ralo por problema de desnível, dentre outras coisas. Mas isso é mero detalhe, pois o custo benefício compensa demais.

Superou minhas expectativas, muito bem orientada pela recepção, o quarto é bem aconchegante. Eu fiquei em um quarto no mesanino que não tem sacada para a rua, estava muito silencioso. Um quarteirão da estação paraiso. Tem tudo o que precisar proximo, farmácia, restaurante, padaria, conveniência. Com certeza, será a minha primeira opção quando tiver que me hospedar em sp.
