Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

O apartamento corresponde ao anúncio e é um excelente custo beneficio para hóspedes sem carro. Entretanto, para quem precisa usar a garagem, chegar no final da tarde é sempre um grande transtorno, pois o corredor comporta apenas um veículo e às vezes há apenas um funcionário, obrigando muitas vezes o hóspede a sair do estacionamento (e voltar para o trânsito pesado da região) para permitir a saída de algum veículo. Não bastasse, os atendentes da garagem não tratam bem os hóspedes. Já estive hospedado outras vezes e sempre nos aborrecemos com o estacionamento. Recomendo procurar um estacionamento perto, porque o bom custo benefício da hospedagem não compensa o aborrecimento com a garagem.

Já havia me hospedado na unidade do Paraíso, porém o Pátio Paulista demonstrou um acolhimento muito superior. Desde a chegada até a saída. Além das condições de hotelaria do quarto, mais agradável, sem odor e rouparia mais qualificada. O meu elogio vai para a Yasmin recepcionista. Todos foram mto simpáticos e prestativos, mas a Yasmim Rufino por ter feito o check in e o checkout, e nos auxiliado com as informações que precisávamos. Nosso mto obrigada.
