I love this property, it's one of my favorite hotels in Sao Paulo and my "go to" hotel in the Perdizes area. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. When you consider the price, it's an amazing value.

Lovely reception staff

The young staff at reception was really friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel within walking distance of the Space of the Americas concert venue, the bus terminal (for the airport transfer), a metro station and buses. Also just a couple of minutes away of the Minhocão (elevated highway which is car-free during the weekend).

This hotel is conveniently located in Perdizes/Barra Funda and is new, fresh and boutique feeling. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and the wi-fi was fast and consistent. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was a challenge. Two of the seven days I was there we received no housekeeping because of their limited hours and some miscommunication. Overall it is a very nice property at a very reasonable price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable, but basic. No frills, but I like that in a hotel. A nice breakfast is included in the room fee. Close to Barra Funda metro station.
