Um local de fácil acesso, um bar e restaurante em frente ao prédio muito bom, 3 quadras do Shopping Frei Caneca, Segurança 02 portas com código na Entrada + a sua porta com código também. Ruas bem frequentadas durante o dia. Após às 20h o movimento pára por completo e aí fica perigoso caminhar pelas imediações. Não tem estacionamento próprio.

O vaso do banheiro estava com lixo do hóspede anterior. O quarto faz muito , muito frio ! No banheiro as torneiras do chuveiro não têm identificação de qual é a quente , qual é a fria . De fato é próximo a paulista , no entanto , eu não tive coragem de sair andando a noite , o local tem Muitas pessoas em situação de rua , me senti temerosa.
