Stay ruined by broken air conditioner

Stay here was ruined by a broken air conditioner that was not fixed during a 3 night stay. Weather was more than 90 degrees fahrenreit during the day so room was like an oven. I reported the problem to management the minute i arrived in the room but nothing was done to fix it. I was given only a 15 percent refund for the inconvenience.

Localização é excelente se vc conhece o bairro de Moema e o que oferece. Não é um lugar tranquilo para vc trabalhar durante algumas horas da manhã ou a tarde e a noite so depois da meia noite tem um pouco de silêncio. Fica no primeiro ANDAR, movimentação alta de entregas em frente, bar lanchonete fim de semanas aberto ate altas horas. É um lugar pra vc dormir e acordar e sair. Extremamente SEGURO mas o estabelecimento considerando o movimento precisa colocar janelas de vidro anti ruido. DUPLA FOLHA DE VIDRO.... Rota de avião de CONGONHAS também. Se for pra chegar cansado pra dormir e sair sem problemas é um lugar idela - Fora isso o predio e o resto não oferece nenhuma vantagem e tem outros lugares mais interessantes da propria rede Charlie...

Cumpriu o propósito. A experiência foi positiva, o ap entregou praticamente o que prometeu, tudo bem organizado e aconchegante. Na foto que reservamos, tinha sacada por exemplo e no ap que ficamos, não. O ap estava limpinho, mas o fogão empoeirado, por exemplo. É necessário alguns cuidados com detalhes da manutenção (lâmpada queimada, furos na parede do banheiro sem reboco, abajur quebrado), mas são detalhes. A foto no anúncio induz a um prédio bem alto, porém, os ap do Charlie ficam em uma sobreloja de 2 andares (oferece academia, lavanderia e área gourmet). De resto, recomendo a hospedagem. Oferece os utensílios necessários de cozinha, cama e banho, ap confortável e aconchegante.

Muito bom.

Localização muito boa, tranquila, o flat bem novo, o que peca é a falta de pessoas físicas para resolverem problemas de imediato, no dia que cheguei meu controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, ou seja, dormi com calor, somente no dia seguinte trocaram o controle. Fora isso o quarto disponível era muito bom

Apartamento super bem localizado, infra estrutura ótima…Vale muito a pena, único porém foi a comunicação, tive problemas com o aquecedor do chuveiro o qual não foi resolvido, estava bem morno pro frio que estava fazendo, depois disso a conversa no WhatsApp travou e não consegui mais contato com eles…única parte ruim foi essa

Pontos positivos: Localização, ar-condicionado funcionando, rápido atendimento quando precisei, prédio organizado e calmo. Os copos estavam com marcas de boca (usados), pia do banheiro enchia de agua e demorava pra descer, a porta da varanda nao fechava completamente, o que consequentemente tinha muito barulho de fora, os lençóis e toalhas manchados. Já fiquei em outro apto do mesmo predio e a limpeza estava muito melhor, esperava mais pelo valor que foi pago.

"Tive a oportunidade de ficar neste apartamento e foi uma experiência incrível! Desde o momento em que cheguei, tudo estava perfeito. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, organizado e confortável. A localização foi ideal para mim, com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisava. O espaço era exatamente como descrito, com todos os equipamentos e comodidades necessárias para uma estadia perfeita. O que realmente destacou foi a excelência na comunicação e no atendimento. Desde o check-in até o check-out, tudo foi muito fácil e rápido. Não houve nenhum problema durante minha estadia e eu me senti completamente em casa. Recomendo este apartamento para qualquer pessoa procurando uma estadia confortável e tranquila.

Porta da sacada estourada: preocupação

Imovel novo e bem equipado e bem localizado. Bom banho, boa cama, boa smart TV. Achei muito ruidoso o apartamento pois não percebi janelas/portas anti ruídos: os aviões do aeroporto de congonhas decolam logo ali encima 5-5 minutos de 6h da manhã as 22 horas. Acionei o administrador sobre a porta da sacada estar estourada. Nao trava. Nao sei se foi tentativa de invasão ou por mau uso de locatário anterior. Mas recomendo essa estadia.
Ao adentrar ao apartamento vi essa porta danificada com perda da condição de trava. Como era segundo andar, desconfiei.
