The location was great and had many spots to eat and drink at it was also very safe to walk at any hour, the only downside was the current construction going on next to it but that’s not the hotels fault. Would definitely return to this location without a doubt.

The building fairly new with good amenities. Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps. I will recommend this property to all my friends Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing

As instalações são fantásticas realmente . Toda a estrutura do prédio e do quarto são dignas de um hotel 5 estrelas , por um preço bem acessível . Perfeito para estadias mais longas . Não há nada no entorno para quem vem fazer turismo e descobrir restaurantes e cafés , lojas . Não tem nada . Distante de alternativas de transporte . Uber para todo lugar . Porém , para quem trabalha e quer conforto , local perfeito .

O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e o apartamento em geral estava limpo. A cama também era muito confortável, o que tornou a estadia agradável. Porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar em relação à manutenção e atenção aos detalhes. Os itens guardados nos armários, como panelas e utensílios de cozinha, estavam sujos, dando a impressão de que não houve conferência após a saída do hóspede anterior. Uma das mesas de cabeceira estava completamente bamba e qualquer objeto colocado em cima acabava caindo no chão. Além disso, as luminárias eram muito grandes e pesadas para o tamanho das mesas, não paravam em pé e preferimos deixá-las na mesa de apoio durante toda a estadia para evitar acidentes. Outro ponto foi a quantidade de toalhas disponíveis. Considerando o número de dias da hospedagem, duas pessoas no apartamento e o clima frio, acreditamos que poderiam disponibilizar mais de duas toalhas de banho. Solicitamos toalhas extras e papel higiênico logo no primeiro dia, mas não recebemos retorno. Como sugestão, seria interessante implementar um mini market no prédio, já que a localização é um pouco distante de mercados e lojas de conveniência, o que faria bastante diferença principalmente à noite.

Local muito bom, conforto nota 10, localização privilegiada apenas que o Checking nos deixou de cabelos em pé, depois de mais de 2 horas em frente a propriedade chegamos a desistir e sair pra jantar já com a ideia de procurar um hotel para passar a noite quando por fim fomos respondidos no WhatsApp já com mais de 3 horas, fizemos o check in e entramos no hotel. No restante foi maravilhoso.
