Quarto muito confortável, cama e lençóis excelentes. Tudo novo e muito bonito, jogo de panelas, talheres, escorredor, 02 cápsula de cafe inclusas, bom chuveiro e iluminação, geladeira excelente também. Limpeza estava ok, algumas prateleiras com poeira. Item a observar: pedi uma manta a mais e disseram que não fornecem enxoval extra. Tentei agendar limpeza a parte no sábado e não tinha disponibilidade, somente trocam toalha e tapete com o pagamento de limpeza extra, como fiquei 6 noites foi ruim não ter pelo menos 01 limpeza, e na reserva não ficou claro para mim pelo menos esse serviço extra. Comunicação razoável pois no primeiro dia demoraram um pouco para me liberar para acessar o prédio, e no último dia o sensor de reconhecimento facial do portão de acesso falhava e eu precisava interfonar para abrir. Ponto positivo: prédio novo, de bom gosto, facilitação de acesso por paltaforma para subir com mala sem subir a escada. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Voltarei com certeza!
